An absolute joke
I will never shop again at Macy's. In addition to embarrassing myself in front of my girlfriend and other customers…. Someone processed my refund AND I never returned the item. This is fraud. I called the store in Columbus Ohio at least 40 times and never got help. A complete joke. If they cared, someone would call me back. Tony. *******150

Going the Kohl's way with "Star Reward" fiasco!
Impossible to get any service on the chat line, mostly incompetent personnel who cut you off when they no longer want to explain their errors or their incompetence. Returned an online purchase, was given a partial refund, the balance was apparently (they claimed) applied to Star Reward program which was never credited! Chatted twice with CS and got no answer for the zero balance weeks after return! Going not just Kohl's way, now probably JCP way as well. Good luck!

Not Reliable
I ordered June 13 and until today i have not receive it yet. When you track it only show, leaving the center, arrive in the center then ready to fly. Its a waste of time and money. Do not buy from Macy's, its a scam website.

Shoe department Queens Center Mall NY
Very disappointed in sakes girls, their attitudes and unwillingness to help. I picked our four pairs and they said they could not find the other. My question, why are these shoes still on display. I go Macys all the time, but this Macy's is the worst. Never again

USD 15 Extra Shipping Cost for 3-5 Days Delivery?
I purchased Cookware set on June 7 and opted for an Express Shipping where it was written as 1-2 Business Days. As I need the things asap then I don't mind to pay an extra USD 15 for the Express Shipping cost. What I found our now on June 8 from their site that the items is "On the way, Arrives by Monday, Jun. 12" whilst if it 1-2 business Days it should be arrived by 8 or 9 June. I felt ripped off by paying an extra cost for 3 Days shipping instead of 1-2 Days Order # *******226 GREENPAN GreenPan Padova Healthy Ceramic Nonstick Cookware Set, 10 Piece

Horrible Service
I needed a new dresser. I also needed the old dresser hauled away or least taken down a flight of stairs. I specifically asked if this could be done. I was told it could be done if I pay extra for the so called whole glove service so I purchased the dresser. When the delivery guys came they said they can't do it. The could move the old dresser which would block the bedroom doorway. I am in a boot and on crutches. It would be dangerous and irresponsible to block the bedroom doorway. Terrible customer service stay far away from Macy's

Laziest employees Ever!
They obviously just punch a clock. NO one is willing to help you in any store. I've also called a few out of state Macy's stores. No one answers during business hours. Weekdays After lunch 1:40-3.

Macy's suck
Ordered channel perfume. My bank visa debit card charged full amount immediately. Tried to call customer support phone number. Phone cconnection unclear. Automated system said connected in 4 minutes, than 11, then 14. I am furious.

Online furniture shopping terrible service
The absolute most awful online furniture shopping. Items from shopping bag get randomly deleted. Purchase history shows random items purchased, so there is no way to see what was purchased in total. Paying with Macy's card gets declined even though I have a high limit, not even close to what I wanted to purchase. Terrible software, this is the final time I will shop at Macy's.

Terrible service
It is virtually impossible to get through to a live person if your need is not directly related to the prompt offerings. Also, was told when I called last night that I would have a 32 minute wait to speak to a CSR. I waited 1 hour and 11 minutes and then was told I had another 32 minute waiting period. Of course, I hung up after that period of time. Whoever is running this company should get a jog at McDonald's and be grateful for it.
